Noemia (Norm) Rodrigues- Norm is our office manager. She started working with Dr. Conant just after the doctor purchased the practice in 2008. Norm has over 17 years experience in the dental field and has been a great addition to the team! Our patients love Norm’s cheerful personality and she is always eager to help them make their visit to our office a comfortable and enjoyable experience. If you ever have a question about insurance coverage feel free to call! Norm is also fluent in Portuguese!
Betsy Curran- Betsy has been working in the dental profession for 30 years. In 1991 she graduated from Fones School of Dental Hygiene with clinical and academic excellence. her experience is well rounded and she enjoys working with clients of all ages. Before joining Dr. Mariana, she was the director of the dental clinic at St. Joseph's and responsible for the oral health of 300 residents. In her early career she worked for 20 years in orthodontics in her hometown of Stratford performing as an assistant, hygienist, and on the administrative support team. She resides there with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, Knitting, swimming and reading.
Paul Conant- Having more than 25 years of experience in building businesses as well as sales training for small companies and big box retail firms. An entrepreneur and general manager, his vision and expertise in business performance have driven growth in the service, retail, and e-commerce sectors. Offering a creative marketing and operational strengths, Paul has achieved exciting results in all companies he has been with and is recognized for his success in growing sales and profits. His strategic approach to building a business is reflected in several projects. As President & CEO of Tech Audio Video, which he bought out as a distressed company and within 1 year turned the company to profitability through brand revitalization that included major shifts in brand strategy, operations, product focus, marketing communications and product line mix. Paul's keys to successes are brand building, sales performance excellence and finding the right people to help carry out the objectives.
